The annual event of the World Airline Historical Society, Inc. The 'World's Largest Gathering of Airline Enthusiasts' will meet in Orlando, Florida between July 23-25, 2009 (Thursday through Saturday) at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. You don't need to be a member of WAHS to participate in Airliners International 2009 or attend the trade show - you only need to have an interest in commercial aviation! New Events!
One of the highlights of the Saturday night Banquet Dinner is our guest speaker, Carlos Gomez, of the Historical Flight Foundation. He’ll give us an enthralling overview of the four year effort to restore Douglas DC-7B N836D to flying status. Of course, we’ll also have the traditional ‘Name The Plane’ and Trivia Contests.

The UPS Store will be onsite Friday and Saturday to assist with making arrangements to safely ship your 'treasures' home.
WAHS Welcome Party
The World Airline Historical Society Welcome Party will be held on Thursday, July 23, at the Westside Pool Pavilion. This event is sponsored by ADAMJets of Miami. WAHS will also hold an auction of airline collectibles to benefit the Society. All current WAHS members and registered AI 2009 delegates are welcome to attend.

Photography
PHOTOGRAPHERS – PLEASE TAKE NOTE! Photography is strictly forbidden anywhere at Orlando International Airport (including perimeter roads) with the following exception: The Greater Orlando Airport Authority (GOAA) will permit photography on the 9th floor of the terminal parking garage upon submitting their Spotter Photography Authorization form. Click HERE to download the form and instructions. You will need to present this form along with valid government issued identification to the GOAA Office in the main terminal building.
If you’ve already registered for AI 2009, and you wish to participate on one of our tours, please complete the attached tour request form and send it along with your additional payment. If you have not registered, we will need for you to complete the registration and tour forms and send them to us your payment.
